Every experience in my life is important and has taught me a lot
Throughout my career I’ve learned one simple thing, people don’t use a product to admire the design. They use it to solve their task.
My experience has taught me that chaos in an interface means lost revenue for the business and frustration for the user, so I’ve made it my mission to turn complex processes into clear, predictable systems.
So, I believe great design is invisible, it’s when everything works exactly as the user expects. Whether I’m building a design from scratch or leading a redesign that boosts engagement, I always look for the shortest path from a problem to a solution.
