CRM Redesign & Feature Expansion. This platform simplifies animation production by linking studios with their clients. I refined the existing UX/UI and implemented new features to make the collaboration more seamless. My goal was to take a complex production tool and turn it into a clear, easy-to-use "bridge" for everyone involved.

This CRM serves as a vital bridge between animation studios and their clients. My responsibility was to evolve the existing platform by redesigning core experiences and introducing new features to handle complex production workflows. My key objectives were to:
Improve information architecture to make the relationships between main projects, language versions, and video options intuitive and easy to navigate.
Enhance visual clarity of the production pipeline by creating a system of icons and markers that help users quickly identify project statuses and various deliverable types.
Improve usability, clarity, and scalability of complex interfaces.
Key UX Challenges & Solutions
Challenge 1: Dashboard & Project Monitoring
The original dashboard lacked high-level visibility, making it difficult for PMs to track overall studio performance, revenue trends, and looming deadlines at a glance.
Impact
Enabled PMs to identify bottlenecks early and significantly improved the accuracy of deadline estimation and financial forecasting.
Solution
Redesigned the Dashboard into a comprehensive command center. I integrated real-time analytics for active projects, revenue comparisons, and milestone tracking. The layout was optimized to prioritize "Main Production" and its linked versions (languages/variants), allowing Admins to identify bottlenecks and estimate deadlines with much higher accuracy.

Challenge 2: Complex Versioning & Collaboration
Managing multiple language versions and video variants was a major pain point. It was unclear who was working on what, leading to communication gaps between creators (animators/voice artists) and customers.
Impact
Streamlined the production lifecycle by providing 100% transparency on project dependencies, reducing communication overhead and versioning errors.
Solution
Created a unified tracking system for work-in-progress versions. I implemented a feature allowing both creators and customers to mark and comment on specific sections of the work. This direct feedback loop expedited the workflow and ensured that scene descriptions or manuscripts remained visible and accessible, drastically reducing time-to-delivery.





Challenge 3: Project Delivery & Feedback Loop
The project hand-off process was disjointed. Clients had to navigate different menus to pay, download files, or leave feedback, resulting in a clunky "final impression" of the studio.
Impact
Elevated the studio’s brand image through a professional hand-off experience and created a new data stream for PMs to monitor service quality and team performance.
Solution
Designed a comprehensive "Delivery" page from scratch. This all-in-one final step allows clients to pay remaining balances, download assets and reports, and leave detailed feedback on specific team members. I also added one-click social media and Google review integration.

Challenge 4: Cross-Platform Accessibility & Scalability
Users were tethered to their desks, unable to approve versions or check production statuses while away from their laptops, which delayed the overall workflow.
Impact
Increased platform engagement and improved response times, as stakeholders can now finalize tasks and provide feedback seamlessly from any device.
Solution
Created a fully responsive design system catering to four screen resolutions (Mobile, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop). I ensured that complex CRM tables and tools remain functional and intuitive on any device.

Challenge 5: User Experience & Clarity
Users and stakeholders needed a "front door" to the system that would explain how the animation production lifecycle works within the platform without overwhelming them with technical details.
Impact
Significantly improved product comprehension and increased trust from potential animation buyers by showcasing the transparency and professionalism of the studio's internal tools.
Solution
I created a promotional LP using a storytelling approach. Through custom UI mockups, iconography, and clear content blocks, I visualized the journey from the first project setup to the final delivery and payment stage.
